Welcome to Wallie. By using this website and purchasing digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions

Consumer – a natural person acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Seller – Jenne Morsink, creator of Wallie digital printwork.

Digital Content – posters and artwork provided in digital format, downloadable after purchase.

Agreement – the contract between the consumer and the Seller for the purchase of Digital Content.
2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, purchases, and agreements for digital content sold through this website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products and Services
Wallie offers digital downloads of artwork, including posters and collections. All products are digital only. Printed copies are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Colors displayed on screen (RGB) may differ from printed colors (CMYK). Variations in color may occur due to screen settings, printers and paper types. Such differences are normal and cannot be considered a fault in the digital product.
4. Order and Agreement

All product descriptions on the website are invitations to purchase.

An agreement is concluded when payment is received and a download link or confirmation email is sent to the consumer.

Digital content is only printed when the consumer decides to print it by themselves, avoiding overproduction and waste.
5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

Payment is due immediately at the time of purchase.

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Prices may change at any time but do not apply to orders already placed.
6. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately via download link or email.

By purchasing, the consumer consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost upon download, in accordance with EU/Dutch law.

The consumer is responsible for any local printing.
7. Changes to Products and Services

Wallie may update, modify, or discontinue any product or feature at any time without prior notice.

Products are provided as-is and may be updated or replaced with new versions in the future.
8. Liability

Digital products are provided “as is.” Compatibility with all devices or software is not guaranteed.

The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Mandatory consumer rights under Dutch law remain unaffected.
9. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases from Wallie are non-refundable. Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be “returned” like a physical item, which is why we are unable to offer refunds. This ensures that artists and creators can continue sharing unique work while keeping the process fair.

10. Modifications
The Seller may update or change products or Terms & Conditions at any time.
11. Account Suspension
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel a user’s access if these Terms are violated (e.g., copyright infringement or misuse).
12. Privacy
Personal data collected for orders is handled in accordance with GDPR. See the Privacy Policy for details.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be addressed in accordance with Dutch legal procedures.
